Follow me to get the latest debian package of impd4e build for Ubuntu 10.04LTS.
To to get the latest bleeding edge version of impd4e (the repository is read-only) use:
$ git clone git://impd4e.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/impd4e/impd4e
It depends on libipfix (you can get it here) and libev (download it here)
